1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY:
1.1 By accessing and using Quickzo's website or mobile app, you agree to Quickzo’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By providing your personal information and using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and consent to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Acceptance of these terms and policies is a requirement for using our e-commerce platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, please do not use our website or app.


2. SERVICES OVERVIEW
2.1 Quickzo provides a technology platform that connects you with various retailers through virtual storefronts, allowing you to select and purchase goods. These goods can be picked, packed, and delivered to your location by personal shoppers, or you may have the option to pick them up in-store. Depending on the Retailer, these services may be provided by third parties, including Retailer personnel, independent contractors, and third-party logistics providers ("Third Party Providers").

3. ORDER PLACEMENT AND AUTHORIZATION:
3.1 When you place an order through Quickzo, you authorize the purchase of goods from your selected Retailers. If you choose delivery services, you also authorize the delivery of these goods by Third Party Providers. Unless stated otherwise, you acknowledge that Quickzo and Third Party Providers act as your agents in the ordering, picking, packing, and/or delivery of goods. The Retailer—not Quickzo or the Third Party Provider—is the seller of the goods. Your purchase is made from the selected Retailer, which is the merchant of record, and the title to the goods transfers to you when purchased at the Retailer's store. Quickzo or the Retailer will obtain authorization for your payment method to cover the cost of the goods and any applicable fees, taxes, and tips.

4. PLATFORM TERMS:

4.1 You may use the Quickzo Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.


4.2 You agree not to: 

  1. Engage in any unauthorized commercial use of the Platform or its content; 
  2. Interfere with the security of the Platform or attempt unauthorized access to the Platform or its server systems; 
  3. Use the Platform to transmit any illegal, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material; 
  4. Violate any applicable laws or regulations; 
  5. Impersonate others or provide false information; you must provide accurate and up-to-date information; 
  6. Engage in unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent activities; 
  7. Misuse reporting, dispute, or appeals channels by making fraudulent or groundless claims; 
  8. Attempt unauthorized creation of accounts or collection of information; 
  9. Sell, license, or purchase any data from our Service; 
  10. Post someone else's private or confidential information without permission.


4.3 Quickzo reserves the right, without obligation, to: 

  1. Modify or terminate the Platform or its Services in whole or in part; 
  2. Limit or terminate your access to any part of the Platform or its Services; 
  3. Refuse, move, or remove any content available on the Platform or any material you submit to it.


4.4 Quickzo retains all rights to content protected by intellectual property that we provide through our Service.

4.5 Content Submission: 
Some parts of the Services may allow you to upload or submit content (such as text, images, video, recipes, lists, links, and other materials). You retain all rights to any content
you upload or submit and are solely responsible for it. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you own the content or have the right to grant Quickzo the license to use it. You grant Quickzo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sub licensable, perpetual license to use, store, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, or distribute any such content. Quickzo may, at its discretion, remove any content that violates these Terms or any of Quickzo's policies.
