At Quickzo, we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how an order can be canceled.

By placing an order on Quickzo, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.

  • Once an order is dispatched or assigned to a delivery partner, cancellation is not allowed.

  • Due to our fast delivery model (10 minutes, max 15 minutes), the cancellation window may be very short.


2. Order Cancellation by Quickzo

Quickzo may cancel an order in cases such as:

  • Product unavailability

  • Operational or technical issues

  • Incorrect pricing or listing errors

  • Unserviceable delivery location

In such cases, a full refund (if payment was made) will be initiated as per our Refund Policy.


3. Non-Cancellable Situations

Orders cannot be canceled if:

  • The order has already been dispatched

  • Delivery is delayed due to traffic, weather, or high demand but still within the stated delivery window

  • The customer provides incorrect address or contact details

  • The customer is unavailable at the time of delivery


4. Impact on Refunds

  • If an order is canceled before dispatch, a refund may be processed if applicable.

  • If cancellation is not allowed, no refund will be issued.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable once a delivery attempt is made.


5. Misuse of Cancellation

Quickzo reserves the right to:

  • Limit or disable cancellation options

  • Suspend or terminate accounts found misusing the cancellation feature or placing repeated fake orders


6. Changes to This Policy

Quickzo reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform.
